The Exhibition of Ancient and Traditional Naval Architecture is housed in the impressive Neorio Moro at the old Venetian harbor of Chania.

The Exhibition, which is an annex of the Maritime Museum of Crete, is showing the impressive replica of a Minoan ship rebuilt, the tools and the materials that were used, while also pictures of every stage of its construction. It is worth noting that the Minoan ship is 17 meters long and took almost 4 years to be built. 

Also, the exhibition shows real small traditional ships, tools that the builders used and many other important exhibits.
