Plati’s watermill is located at the hillside of a mountain at Lasithi plateau near Plati village and it is saved in good condition until today.

In the past, the residents of the village were grinding their grain in the watermill which used the water that was coming from the mountain through a stonebuilt channel.

The Plati’s watermill also has a stonebuilt tank that slowly collected the water during droughts. When the tank was full the water moved the mill.
