Korakas beach is located on the southern coast of Rethymno, 2km south of the well-known village of Rodakino. It is a long beach with shallow clear waters covered with pebbles and sand.

According to locals ιts name comes from the rocks that lie to the east of the beach and formerly looked like a beak. The beach is awarded with a blue flag and is organized. Also in the area there are cafes, taverns and small hotels.
