The beach of Drapano is located at Hersonisos, almost 28 km east of Heraklion.

The beach is on the coastline of Drapano, which is located almost 2 km east of Hersonisos’s port and it also shapes many more quiet beaches.

At some parts the beautiful green waters of Drapano are cold because of the undersea sources of potable water at the area. The beach is organized with umbrellas and sunbeds by the hotel that is built above it.
