The village and the beach of Analipsi are located 24 km east of Heraklion, right after Gouves.

The beach is almost 2 km long, parallel to the road, while the main beach of Analipsi is a beautiful, sandy beach with crystal blues waters.

At its west part the beach is rocky and isolated, while further at that part the river of Aposelemis empties into the sea.

At Analipsi you can visit the beautiful and scenery church of Agia Marina which is built on a  dock.
